Rule by the minority

One branch of our federal government has decided that they are above the other two branches and above even the consitution. How long can this continue before we are completely, effectively ruled by that branch? Another branch of government could reign in their power if they have the guts to do it.

I have sent the following to my Senators:
The federal judiciary is overreaching its power and even ignoring the constitution. A prime example is recent decisions by the Supreme Court that referenced foreign opinion/law as the basis for their decision. If foreign law can be the basis for decisions then they are free to completely ignore our consitution and laws and decide cases based on their own wims (and find some some group in the world which supports there decision). If our country is to remain a republic this cannot continue. You can use your consitutional power to restore the balance of power and correct the courts. Weather you need to use impeachment, changes to jurisdiction, recreation of the federal courts (besides the Supreme Court), or Consitutional ammendments I beg of you to save our republic from turning into a government ruled be a few people.
